Montbrillant street residence
Montbrillant street residence is a new and modern residence which opened its doors in May 2011. It has one apartment and thirteen studios.
Prices for the studios range from Sfr 1'400 (17m2) to Sfr 2'100 (28m2). There is one studio (23m2) which comprises two storage spaces and its price is Sfr 2'200. Only the studio which surface area is 28m2 and the studio comprising the storage spaces are designed for two people. All the other studios are for one person.
The apartment's monthly rent is Sfr 2'950 (45m2). It includes one storage space.
How to access:
From the gare Cornavain walk five minutes
From Bel-Air, take tramway n° 16, get off at gare Cornavin
From IUG take tramway n° 14 or n° 16, direction Bachet-de-Pesay, get off at gare Cornavin
Conditions:
Refundable deposit corresponding to 3 months of rent + the first rent
1 calendar year of stay minimum
