Stud’home residence is the residence where most of the students of the International University in Geneva live. Students have the choice between furnished studios at CHF 1’860 monthly or furnished rooms at CHF 1'116 monthly. The summer holiday period is at no cost. All the charges are included. All the rooms and studios are equipped with Internet.
Each room has its own sanitary equipment WC + bathroom. The kitchen and the living room are common.
The studios are completely independent.
How to access:
From IUG take tramway n° 14, get off at Bel-Air, then take tramway n° 12 and get off at Plainpalais
From gare Cornavain take tramway n° 14, get off at Bel-Air, then take tramway n° 12 and get off at Plainpalais
From Bel-Air, take tramway n° 12 and get off at Plainpalais
Rue Vignier is perpendicular between the two main streets Carouge and Henri Dunant
Conditions:
Refundable deposit corresponding to 3 months of rent + the first rent
1 calendar year of stay minimum
