Endowments
The International University in Geneva is a non-profit institution for higher education.
To strengthen academic excellence and maintain a modern learning environment, the University has created an endowment program. The program seeks to support developments in areas such as fellowships, faculty development, library resources and technology.
Scholarships
The University awards financial aid to students with limited resources based on academic merit and financial need. The fellowship program allows the International University in Geneva to attract outstanding students who would otherwise not be able to study abroad. This provides an enriched learning environment for all IUG students.
Faculty Development and Research
The University encourages faculty to conduct research, publish academic papers and other literature and to participate actively in conferences. These activities enable faculty to further develop their expertise and incorporate the latest research and the most recent practical applications into the lectures. The University would implement the funding collected to help finance active research projects as well as conference attendance.
Library Resources
A comprehensive collection of printed and online resources is essential to a high standard academic institution. The University’s library comprises a vast choice of books, journals, as well as an online database key to the topics covered in the curriculum. Financial support would contribute to maintaining and further expanding this database of information.
Technological infrastructure
The University is committed to providing a modern student working environment with state-of-the-art computer equipment. This investment enables the University to continuously upgrade hardware and software to provide an optimal learning environment for all students.
